“Deus Doloris Ignisque” “God of Pain and Fire”
Breathe.. Breathe in the ignited air. Your soul flares up with each Breath. We must.. We must smother everything which fire can’t consume. We must smother the spirit. Smother the Joy & Sorrow. The Humanity in us must be destroyed. By the Fire. Raise your Arms and let the drum rumble. A flash without meaning. Let it out and Breathe it in. None of Us.. really matter.
Rise alone and Breathe united. We must burn The space between Us. Let us embrace the Sudden Flash on our faces.
– Deus Doloris Ignisque
We are igniting anew the Culture House of Kopli on Kopli street 93 – a former meeting place.
You are invited to a meeting, a gathering, a theatre performance, a congress, a night at the salon.
"What is it about fire that is so attracting? What is it that captivates both the young and the old? It is perpetual motion which men have always wanted to create but never managed. Or almost perpetual motion. If you let the fire burn, it will burn until the end of our lifetimes. What is fire? It is a mystery. Scientists flaunt something about friction and molecules. Actually they don’t really know. Its real beauty of fire is that it destroys all responsibility and consequences. A problem gets too burdensome, then let’s burn it – clean, quick, certain; nothing left to rot later. Antibiotic, aesthetic and practical."
Bring only yourselves, you will leave without obtaining anything.
